Compensation for Preserving, Gathering or Providing Information. A Person requesting information pursuant to Section 8.1(a) agrees to reimburse the providing Person for the reasonable expenses, if any, of gathering and copying such information, or of preserving such information beyond the Access Period for reasons related to a legal hold or any third-party litigation or other dispute filed before the end of the Access Period, to the extent that such expenses are incurred for the benefit of the requesting Person.
