Compensation for Preserving, Gathering or Providing Information. A Person requesting information pursuant to Section 8.1(a) agrees to reimburse the providing Person for the reasonable expenses, if any, of gathering and copying such information, or of preserving such information beyond the Period for reasons related to a legal hold or any third-party Action or other dispute filed before the end of the Period, to the extent that such expenses are reasonably incurred for the benefit of the requesting Person.
