Common use of Compensation for Providing Information Clause in Contracts

Compensation for Providing Information. The party requesting Information pursuant to Section 5.1 agrees to reimburse the party providing such Information for the reasonable costs, if any, of creating, gathering and copying such Information, to the extent that such costs are incurred for the benefit of the requesting party.
