Common use of Compensation for Providing Information Clause in Contracts

Compensation for Providing Information. The party requesting Information agrees to reimburse the other party for the reasonable out-of-pocket costs paid to third parties, if any, of creating, gathering and copying such Information, to the extent that such costs are incurred for the benefit of the requesting party. Except as may be otherwise specifically provided elsewhere in this Agreement or in any Ancillary Agreement, such costs shall be computed in accordance with the providing party’s standard methodology and procedures.
