Compensation for Special Projects/Activities. Hourly unit members may be compensated for special projects or activities by application with program administrators. Such compensation shall be with the prior approval of the program administrator and only after the unit member submits a written proposal for the project/activity. The unit member’s regular rate of pay shall apply.
