Compensation of Board Members. Board Members shall not receive any compensation or other remuneration from the Partnership for their services to the Partnership as Board Members; provided, that the Partnership shall reimburse Board Members for reasonable travel and other expenses incurred in connection with meetings or other functions of the Board.
