Counting the Ballots. The Board of Directors shall appoint tellers which may include members of the Nominating Committee to count the ballots. A ballot shall be declared invalid if fewer or more votes are cast than the number of positions to be filled. A plurality vote shall elect. In the event of a tie, the winner shall be determined by lot.

  • Resolution of Disagreements Disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved informally by discussions between Agency Points of Contact, or other officials designated by each agency.
