Common use of Compensation of Director/Managers Clause in Contracts

Compensation of Director/Managers. Director/Managers, as such, shall not receive any salary for their services but, by resolution of the Director/Managers, a fixed sum and expenses of attendance, if any, may be allowed for attendance at each meeting of the Director/Managers, provided that nothing herein contained shall be construed to preclude any Director/Manager from serving the Company in any other capacity and receiving compensation therefor.
