Common use of Compensation of Escrow Agent Clause in Contracts

Compensation of Escrow Agent. The Company shall pay the Escrow Agent a fee for its services hereunder in an amount equal to One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500), which amount shall be paid on the Closing Date.
