COMPENSATION OF MANAGER; REIMBURSEMENT. The Manager, as such, shall not receive any compensation for services rendered to the Company. Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, the Manager shall be entitled, in accordance with the provisions of Section 6.7 below, to pay reasonable compensation to its Affiliates and other entities in which it may be associated for services performed. The Manager shall be reimbursed on a monthly basis, or such other basis as the Manager may determine in its sole and absolute discretion, for all Ashford Inc. Expenses.
