Compensation of Manager. For its services performed hereunder, the Trust will pay Manager with respect to each Fund the compensation specified in Appendix A to this Agreement. Such compensation shall be paid to Manager by the Trust on the first day of each month; however, the Trust will calculate this charge on the daily average value of the assets of each Fund and accrue it on a daily basis.
