Compensation of Managing Member. The Managing Member shall be reimbursed for all reasonable expenses incurred in managing the Company and shall be entitled to compensation, in an amount to be determined from time to time by consent of the Member, in its sole discretion. The Managing Member shall not be required to devote full time to the management of the Company business, but only so much time as shall be necessary or appropriate for the proper management of such business.
