Common use of Compensation of Property Damaged in the Course of Employment Clause in Contracts

Compensation of Property Damaged in the Course of Employment. The City shall compensate an employee up to One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per year for the repair or replacement of a watch damaged in the course of the performance of the employee's duties with the City of Alameda and replace in kind an employee's glasses damaged or broken in the course of the performance of the employee's duties with the City of Alameda and shall abide by Alameda Police Department Policy 700 (Department Owned and Personal Property).
