Employee Recognition. The Systems may provide for the use of leave awards and bonuses specific to policies and procedures for awarding, honoring, or otherwise recognizing University employees, including but not limited to those who have performed particularly meritorious service for the University, have been employed by the University for specified periods of time, or have retired from the University after lengthy service.
Employee Recognition. In collaboration with CSEA, the District shall recognize classified employees during Classified School Employee Week (Education Code Section 88270). An amount of at least $5,000 shall be allocated for this purpose annually.
Employee Recognition. Section 32.1. In appreciation for the service provided by long-term employees, the City shall present service pins to those employees who have been employed by the City at intervals of five (5), ten (10), fifteen (15) and twenty (20) year, twenty-five (25) and thirty (30) years. The presentation of these pins shall be by the Department Director or his/her designee.
Employee Recognition. In recognition of continuous service, employees will be awarded the following amounts from the Employer on the following anniversary dates. These amounts will be paid on the employee’s regular payroll check and are subject to deductions. 10 years $25 15 years $50 20 years $75 25 years $100 30 years $125 35 years $150 40 years $175 45 years $200 This Article does not replace any existing recognition programs currently in effect. The Employer will furnish the Union with an annual report of employees who have been recognized.
Employee Recognition. A. The County may, at its discretion, institute employee recognition programs as approved by the Board of Supervisors. The County will not be required to negotiate with the Union over specific programs provided individual employees to be recognized do not receive anything with a monetary value exceeding $50.00.
B. The County will determine the scope and details of employee recognition programs but shall provide the Union with information concerning any programs instituted and shall post notices of same at various locations in applicable departments. Selection of employees to be recognized shall be at the sole discretion of the County, however, well defined criteria shall be applied uniformly and equitably in the selection of employees to be recognized.
Employee Recognition. Employees who are eligible to receive a service award from the City of Hayward shall receive credit for that time spent as a City employee in part-time status, provided such part-time employment is contiguous with full-time employment, or “regular” part-time employment involving a work schedule of twenty (20) hours per week or more.
Employee Recognition. An award is something bestowed or an action taken to recognize and reward individual or team achievement that contributed to meeting organizational goals or improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and economy of the Forest Service operations or is in the public interest. Group awards should be given based on the employee’s contribution or participatory value rather than solely on the employee’s grade. Awards may have the effect of motivating employees to increase their productivity and creativity for the benefit of the Agency and its customers. To meet this goal, awards should be given as soon as possible after the achievement. Awards programs will be equitable in opportunity and there must be fairness and equity in the distribution of awards. All employees will be given an equal opportunity to work at a level sufficient for award eligibility. Except for Quality- Step Increases, all awards are available to temporary employees; however, term employees are eligible for Quality-Step Increases.
Employee Recognition. SECTION 1. The Employer, through email, by internal communication and other available means, will urge supervisors to recognize employees who sustain a level of performance significantly above reasonable expectations. Supervisors will be urged to use Letters of Appreciation, Letters of Commendation, and Honorary Awards to the maximum extent possible in such recognition.
SECTION 2. Quality Step Increases, Time-Off Awards, and Performance Awards may be used to recognize sustained high quality performance of assigned responsibilities. A Special Act or Service Award, On-the-Spot Cash Award, Honorary, or Time-Off Award may be used to recognize individuals or groups for meritorious personal efforts, acts, service or scientific achievements performed within or outside assigned responsibilities. Eligibility for awards and the amount will be determined based on applicable regulations.
Employee Recognition. The Employer will follow the applicable Agency and/or program policy regarding employee recognition.
