Common use of COMPENSATION OF SUB-ADVISER Clause in Contracts

COMPENSATION OF SUB-ADVISER. The Adviser will pay the Sub-Adviser a fee with respect to each of the Portfolio(s) as specified in Appendix A to this Agreement. Payments shall be made to the Sub-Adviser on or about the fifth day of each month; however, this fee will be calculated daily for each of the Portfolio(s) based on the net assets thereof on each day and accrued on a daily basis.

COMPENSATION OF SUB-ADVISER. The Adviser will pay the Sub-Adviser a fee with respect to each of the Portfolio(sFund(s) as specified in Appendix A to this Agreement. Payments shall be made to the Sub-Adviser on or about the fifth day of each month; however, this fee will be calculated daily for each of the Portfolio(sFund(s) based on the net assets thereof on each day and accrued on a daily basis.

COMPENSATION OF SUB-ADVISER. The Adviser Manager will pay the Sub-Adviser a an advisory fee with respect to each of the Portfolio(s) Allocated Portion as specified in Appendix A to this Agreement. Payments shall be made to the Sub-Adviser on or about the fifth day of each month; however, this advisory fee will be calculated daily for each of the Portfolio(s) Allocated Portion based on the net assets thereof of the Allocated Portion on each day and accrued on a daily basis.

Payments shall be calculated daily and made to the Sub-Adviser on or about the fifth day of each month; however. Except as may otherwise be prohibited by law or regulation (including, this fee will be calculated daily for each without limitation, any then current SEC staff interpretation), the Sub-Adviser may, in its discretion and from time to time, waive all or any portion of the Portfolio(s) based on the net assets thereof on each day and accrued on a daily basisits advisory fee.

COMPENSATION OF SUB-ADVISER. The Adviser will pay the Sub-Adviser a fee Adviser, with respect to each of Portfolio, the Portfolio(s) as compensation specified in Appendix A to this Agreement. Payments shall be made to the Sub-Adviser on or about the fifth second day of each month; however, this advisory fee will be calculated daily for each of the Portfolio(s) based on the net daily average value of the aggregate assets thereof on each day of all Portfolios subject to the Sub-Adviser’s management and accrued on a daily basis. Compensation for any partial period shall be pro-rated based on the length of the period.

Payments shall be made to the Sub-Adviser on or about the fifth day of each month; however, this advisory fee will be calculated daily for each of the Portfolio(s) Allocated Portion based on the net assets thereof of the Allocated Portion on each day and accrued on a daily basis.
