COMPENSATION OF SUB. ADVISERS The Adviser will pay Xxxxx a fee for services provided by both Xxxxx and Xxxxx Fargo Asset Management (International) with respect to each of the Portfolio(s) as specified in Appendix A to this Agreement. Payments shall be made to Xxxxx on or about the fifth day of each month; however, this fee will be calculated daily for each of the Portfolio(s) based on the net assets thereof on each day and accrued on a daily basis. Xxxxx will in turn compensate Xxxxx Fargo Asset Management (International) for its services under this Agreement from the fee received by Xxxxx from the Adviser.
