Compensation of the Managing Member. A. The Managing Member shall not be compensated for its services as the manager of the Company. Distributions, payments and allocations to which the Managing Member may be entitled in its capacity as the Managing Member shall not constitute compensation for services rendered by the Managing Member as provided in this Agreement (including the provisions of Articles V and VI hereof).
