Compensation of the Trustee. The Trustee shall be entitled to receive reasonable and customary compensation for all services rendered by it as Trustee under the terms hereof and said compensation to the Trustee, together with all counsel fees, taxes, or other expenses reasonably incurred hereunder, shall be promptly paid by the Acquiror or the Parent.
