Compensation of Trustees. Trustees shall receive such compensation, including stated salaries, retirement benefits, deferred compensation or any other form of compensation, as may be set from time to time by the Board of Trustees. The Trust is authorized to pay the necessary expenses of members of the Board of Trustees incurred in connection with the performance of the official duties of their office.
