Compensation of Xxxxxx. For the services to be rendered and the expenses to be borne by Xxxxxx hereunder, the Trust shall pay Xxxxxx a fee at an annual rate as set forth on Schedule A attached hereto from each Fund. This fee will be computed daily and will be payable as agreed by the Trust and Xxxxxx, but no more frequently than monthly.
