Compensation or Out-of-Pocket Losses and Lost Time. Defendant will agree to make available the following compensation available to Settlement Class Members who submit valid and timely claim forms. Claims will be subject to review for completeness and plausibility by a Claims Administrator, and Settlement Class Members will have the opportunity to seek review by a third-party Claims Referee, at Defendant’s expense, if they dispute the Claims Administrator's initial determination.
