This may include receipts or other documentation but not “self-prepared” documents such as handwritten receipts which are, by themselves, insufficient to receive reimbursement, but the Settlement Administrator may consider handwritten receipts to add clarity or support to other submitted documentation. LifeWorks will agree to make available the following compensation to Settlement Class Members who submit valid and timely claim forms (each, a “Claimant”). Claims will be reviewed for completeness, plausibility, and reasonable traceability to the Incident by the Claims Administrator. The Parties may seek review by a third-party claims referee if they dispute the Claims Administrator’s determination. The Parties will agree on a claims referee if one is required.
