Common use of Compensation Payable to ADVISER Clause in Contracts

Compensation Payable to ADVISER. The TRUST shall pay to the ADVISER, as compensation for the services rendered, facilities furnished and expenses paid by the ADVISER, with respect to the Fund, a monthly fee calculated at the following annual rates: .60% of the first $1 billion of average daily net assets; .55% of the next $1 billion of average daily net assets; .50% of the next $1 billion of average daily net assets; and .45% of average daily net assets in excess of $3 billion.
