Compensation; Payment of Expenses. Members of the Commission shall serve with- out compensation as such. The Secretary is au- thorized to pay the expenses reasonably in- curred by the Commission in carrying out its re- sponsibilities under this subchapter upon pres- entation of vouchers signed by the Chairman.
