PAID BY THE MANAGER TO THE SUB-ADVISER The Manager will pay to the Sub-Adviser as compensation for the Sub-Adviser's services rendered a fee, determined as described in Schedule A which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. Such fee shall be paid by the Manager and not by the Trust.
