COMPENSATION TO DESIGN PROFESSIONAL. 2.1. For the BASIC SERVICES provided for in this Agreement, OWNER agrees to pay and make monthly payments to DESIGN PROFESSIONAL in accordance with the terms as stated in the table below. Payments should be made in accordance with the following Schedule; however, the payment of any particular line item noted below shall not be due until all services associated with any such line item have been completed to OWNER’s reasonable satisfaction. 1. Program Verification Phase $ Upon Completion of Phase 2. Phase I – Schematic Design $ Upon Approval of Documents 3. Phase II – Design Development $ Upon Approval of Documents 4.
