Common use of Compensation Clause in Contracts

Compensation. The Promoter shall compensate the Allottee in case of any loss loss, caused to him due to defective title of the land, on which the project Project is being developed or has been developeddeveloped and which defect was known to the Promoter and the Promoter had willfully not disclosed the same to the allottee, in the manner as provided under the Act and the claim for the interest and compensation under this section provision shall not be barred by limitation provided under any law for the time being in force.

Compensation.
