COMPENSATORY HOURS. a) Where the By-Law Officer works more than the standard hours of work over a period of twenty-eight (28) calendar days, he/she shall be entitled to one compensatory hour off, with pay, for each extra hour worked (herein called "compensatory hour"). The By- Law Officer must make every reasonable effort to schedule their work hours to minimize extra hours worked.
