Common use of Compete Clause in Contracts

Compete. Carry on any business or activity (whether directly or indirectly, as a partner, stockholder, principal, agent, director, affiliate, employee or consultant) which is competitive with the business conducted by the Company (as conducted now or during the term of Executive's employment), nor engage in any other activities that conflict with Executive's obligations to the Company.

Compete. Carry on any business or activity (whether directly or ------- indirectly, as a partner, stockholder, principal, agent, director, affiliate, employee employee, advisor or consultant) for any company or other enterprise carrying on or proposing to carry on any business which is sells products or services competitive with to the business conducted products or services offered, sold or under development by the Company (as conducted now and/or any of its subsidiaries at anytime while the Executive is or during was employed by the term of Executive's employment)Company, nor engage in any other activities that conflict with Executive's obligations to the CompanyCompany (any such company or enterprise, being a "Competitor").
