Common use of Competing Events Clause in Contracts

Competing Events. During the period from December 1-2, 2020, Company shall not independently reserve space or otherwise host an event within ten (10) miles of the Event for the purpose of holding a hospitality suite, seminar or any other promotional or educational activity without the prior written consent of CBE, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. Company acknowledges and agrees that events that conflict with previously scheduled CBE activities shall be one reason CBE may withhold such consent.

During the period from December 1September 28-229, 2020, Company shall not independently reserve space or otherwise host an event within ten (10) miles of the Event for the purpose of holding a hospitality suite, seminar or any other promotional or educational activity without the prior written consent of CBE, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. Company acknowledges and agrees that events that conflict with previously scheduled CBE activities activit ies shall be one reason CBE may withhold such consent.

Company acknowledges and agrees that events that conflict with previously scheduled CBE activities shall be one reason CBE may withhold such consent.
