Competing Representations. In consideration for the license granted to the Company under Section 2 above, the Company agrees that during the term of this Agreement, the Company shall not develop, contract to develop, manufacture, sell, license, lease or otherwise distribute or exploit in any manner any product that is directly competitive with the Software in the Territory. For the purposes of this Agreement, a product shall be considered to be competitive with the Software if the sale of that product could result in lower sales of the Software.
