Common use of Competing Services Clause in Contracts

Competing Services. Subject to the provisions of this Section 9, and Contractor’s obligations with respect to Confidential Information, including as defined in Section 10, nothing in this Contract precludes or limits in any way the right of Contractor to: (i) provide services similar to those contemplated in this Contract, or consulting or other services of any kind or nature whatsoever to any individual or entity as Contractor in its sole discretion deems appropriate, or
