COMPETITION AFTER EARLY TERMINATION. Notwithstanding Section 7.2, if Executive's employment terminates under circumstances which entitle him to receive damages for breach of this Agreement pursuant to Section 5.7(e) or benefits under Section 6.2, and the Company fails to provide Executive with any compensation or benefits due him pursuant to Section 5.7(e) or Section 6.2 and does not remedy such failure within ten (10) days after receipt of notice of such failure from Executive, the restrictions set forth in Section 7.2 shall cease to apply to Executive for the remainder of the period to which such restrictions would otherwise apply, notwithstanding any subsequent remedy of such failure by the Company.
