Common use of COMPETITION BETWEEN LANDLORD AND TENANT Clause in Contracts

COMPETITION BETWEEN LANDLORD AND TENANT. Landlord and Tenant agree that neither party shall be restricted as to other relationships and competition. Affiliates of Tenant shall be allowed to own, lease and/or manage other golf courses that are not affiliated with Landlord, provided that such other ownership, leasing or management arrangements are disclosed to Landlord in writing. Landlord may acquire or own golf courses that may be geographically proximate to one or more golf courses that Tenant or Affiliates of Tenant may own, manage or lease.
