COMPETITIVE AND REC PROGRAM. Sports Program Operator agrees to operate both the recreation soccer program and competitive soccer program to the terms agreed upon and in a high-quality manner. The Sports Program Operator shall not push for the success of one program at the expense of the other program. If either one of the programs begin to suffer the City can request that changes be made or additional help be hired to maintain the highest quality for both programs. The Sports Program Operator shall not play a competitive team in the recreational program. Competitive players may play in the rec program, but must be evenly mixed in with the teams to help promote growth for the non- competitive players.
