Common use of Competitive Bid Fee Clause in Contracts

Competitive Bid Fee. Each Competitive Bid Request hereunder submitted by Borrower to Administrative Agent shall be accompanied by a competitive bid fee of $2,500 (payable solely to Administrative Agent for its own account) and shall only request bids for a single Borrowing Date.
