Competitive Bid Procedure. Each Lender may, in its sole discretion, make one or more Competitive Bids to the Borrower in response to a Competitive Bid Request. (Charlotte, North Carolina time) on the Business Day next succeeding the date of receipt by the Administrative Agent of the related Competitive Bid Request.
