Competitive Credit Sample Clauses

Competitive Credit. The purpose of the Competitive Credit is to keep cost per Enplaned Passenger competitive with that of other airports similarly situated for the development and retention of air service. The City’s intent is to use the Competitive Credit to reduce, to the extent prudent, cost per Enplaned Passenger and to prevent material year-to-year variations.

Competitive Credit. The Competitive Credit may be fully or partially applied to keep the Airline's Airport cost per Enplaned Passenger competitive with other airports similarly situated for air service development purposes. The Aviation Commission may establish differing levels of Competitive Credit for different classes of airlines. The Competitive Credit may be applied to one or more types of Rentals and Fees described in Section 6.04-6.09.

  • Competitive Supplier The competitive supplier will provide power for the aggregation, provide customer support including staffing a toll-free number for customer questions, and fulfill other responsibilities as detailed in the Competitive Electric Service Agreement.

  • BY THE COMPETITIVE SUPPLIER As a material inducement to entering into this ESA, the Competitive Supplier hereby represents and warrants to the Town as of the Effective Date of this ESA as follows:

  • International Competitive Bidding Except as otherwise provided in paragraph 2 below, goods and works shall be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of International Competitive Bidding.

  • National Competitive Bidding Goods estimated to cost less than $250,000 equivalent per contract and works estimated to cost less than $500,000 equivalent per contract, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of National Competitive Bidding.

  • Competitive Supplier’s Standard Credit Policy The Competitive Supplier will not require a credit review for any consumer participating in the Program, nor does Competitive Supplier require any consumer to post any security deposit as a condition for participation in the Program. The Competitive Supplier may terminate service to a Participating Consumer and return such consumer to a Basic Service in the event that the Participating Consumer fails to pay to Competitive Supplier amounts past-due greater than sixty (60) days.
