Common use of COMPETITIVE LICENSE Clause in Contracts

COMPETITIVE LICENSE. Company shall not license the establishment of any competitive business under said trademarks and trade name within the protected area covered by this Agreement during the term hereof. Similarly, Licensee shall not license, establish, or operate any competitive business within the protected area covered by this Agreement during the term hereof without written consent of Company.
