Complaint Filing Fee. If You are in default of the lease, and if We file and serve a summary ejectment complaint or a complaint for money owed against You, then You shall owe Us a Complaint Filing Fee in the amount described in Paragraph THE PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, including any section requesting 1(I). The Complaint Filing Fee shall be equal to $15.00 or five percent (5%) of the Your initials, whether or not You actually signed your initials. You further Total Monthly Rent, whichever is higher, and said Fee shall be in addition to late fees, court costs, attorney's fees, and any other monetary damages or costs arising acknowledge having received a copy of this Agreement. You acknowledge consulting with, or having had the opportunity to consult with, counsel prior to under the terms of this Agreement.
