Complaint Resolution. 13.1 If the Member is not satisfied with the services from the Credit Union, or if the Member has a complaint about the Agreement or the Credit Union, the Member should contact the Credit Union at the address given above or by phone on 0000 000 000. Complaints can be made by telephone, email, or in writing. If after discussing the complaint with the Credit Union, the Member is still not satisfied, the Member may contact the Independent Dispute Resolution Scheme. The Credit Union is a member of the Independent Dispute Resolution Scheme operated by the Financial Services Complaints Limited (FSCL) which is approved by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment.
