COMPLAINTS ABOUT BARGAINING UNIT MEMBERS. 5.0201 It is the policy of the Board to provide the teachers in this School District with prompt and reasonable notice by the administrative staff of any specific complaint directed to that teacher in connection with his/her professional performance in this District. Any complaint about a unit teacher will be investigated by the administration before consideration by the Board.
