Complaints Regarding Defects. In the case of delivery of goods which E.ON is required to examine in accordance with Section 377 of the German Commercial Code [HGB], the period for examining the goods and complaining of any apparent defect in the goods shall be 30 calendar days from the time delivery was taken receipt of. The period for complaining of hidden defects shall be 14 calendar days from discovery of the defect.
