Complementary Agreement. The Parties undertake to negotiate, within six (6) months of the coming of this Agreement, a complementary agreement to the JBNQA so as to include therein, in particular, the provisions of this Agreement mentioned in Schedule 1.
Complementary Agreement. 81. The Parties shall undertake in the Final Agreement to conclude a Complementary Agreement to the JBNQA that will make it possible to ensure compatibility between the JBNQA and the Final Agreement.
