Complete and Accurate Information. All written information, reports and other papers and data with respect to the Obligors or their Properties which have been furnished by the Borrower to the Agent or the Lenders were, at the time the same were so furnished, complete and correct in all material respects. No document furnished or statement made in writing to the Agent or the Lenders by the Borrower in connection with the negotiation, preparation or execution of the Loan Documents at the time the same were furnished or made contains any untrue statement of a material fact or omits to state a material fact which is necessary to make the statements contained in such documents true and accurate in all material respects.
