Subscription Fees. The Subscription Fee for Smart Configure, Price, Quote will remain fixed during the Subscription Term unless you:
(i) exceed the Scope specified in the Order,
(ii) give written notice for additional quantities of a Standard Sandbox and/or a Performance Sandbox,
(iii) upgrade to a higher Edition package,
(iv) subscribe to additional features or products, or
(v) unless otherwise agreed to in the Order. Once increased as detailed above, your Subscription Fee will not decrease, even if there is a subsequent reduction in the actual Scope. You can learn more about how your fees may be otherwise adjusted in the 'Fees Adjustments' section below.
Subscription Fees. Licensee agrees to pay all Subscription Fees. Xxxxxx Xxx may increase or decrease such charges from time to time and Licensee agrees to pay any such adjusted charges; provided that the adjustment shall be communicated to Licensee in writing (a) on or before its effective date with respect to fees which constitute pass-through charges from Third- Party Licensors or other vendors, and (b) at least twenty (20) days before its effective date with respect to all other charges. Licensee’s continued use of the applicable Licensed Application(s) shall be deemed to be Licensee’s acceptance of any such adjustments.
Subscription Fees. Subscriber shall pay all Subscription Fees within thirty (30) days of its receipt of CPI’s invoice. All payments shall be made in U.S. Dollars by check, wire transfer, ACH payment system or other means approved by CPI. Customer may not offset any amounts due to CPI hereunder against amounts due to Customer under this Agreement or any other agreement. Subscription fees payable to CPI do not include any Taxes imposed thereon, and Subscriber is responsible for any and all such Taxes. All such Taxes shall be set forth on the invoice provided by CPI to Subscriber; provided that, CPI’s failure to include any such Tax on an invoice shall not relieve Subscriber’s liability therefor. Except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement, all payment obligations under this Agreement are non- cancelable and non-refundable.
Subscription Fees. I understand that the annual subscription fee is intended to alleviate the member’s liability for cost-sharing amounts for medically necessary covered services within the service area. Payment of fee may be by check, money order, debit or credit card. Effective Dates: The effective date of this agreement shall be the date your completed subscription agreement and fee are received and approved by the Authority. This agreement will be in effect for a period of one (1) year from that date.
Subscription Fees. 4.1 Your Invoice will be mailed to you on a monthly basis within the first week of the month in which the invoice is received by you and your invoice payable within thirty (30) days of invoice. In addition, you will be requested to sign a debit order form.
4.2 You will provide Sage with payment information that is accurate and current, including your billing address and, if Sage accepts payment from you by credit, debit or other bankcard, the expiration date of such credit, debit or other bankcard. You shall notify Sage promptly of any changes to your payment information. You agree to accept invoices from Sage by email and to provide Sage with an email address to which invoices can be sent. You also agree to have in place the relevant procedures to ensure you monitor and check the email address for invoices that may be sent to you in connection with this Agreement.
4.3 You may authorize Sage to collect your payment of Subscription Fees in advance in the applicable currency, using the payment method, payment frequency and payment information you provide, and that Sage accepts. You must pay the Subscription Fees and any other charges arising under this Agreement within thirty (30) days of the date on Sage’s invoice, or as otherwise agreed with Sage in the applicable Order. Subscription Fees quoted do not include applicable taxes, but applicable taxes will be included in the amount Sage charges you. Subscription Fees may include late fees or penalties incurred because your financial institution fails to honour a check or electronic charge, direct debit or transfer. Late payments will accrue interest at the highest rate permitted by the laws of the Sage Group plc entity from which you purchased your Subscription or as otherwise agreed with your local Sage Group plc entity. You are obligated to pay all Subscription Fees irrespective of whether you received an invoice.
4.4 Where you have agreed to pay the Subscription Fee to your Reseller (in the event you purchase the Service and Subscription through a Reseller), the Reseller is responsible for paying all Subscription Fees to Sage on your behalf. If Sage has not received payment of the applicable Subscription Fees either from you or from your Reseller (as the case may be) or if Sage has received notification from your Reseller of your non-payment of the same, then without prejudice to Sage’s other rights and obligations Sage may suspend or terminate your Subscription.

Subscription Fees. In consideration for the provision of the Service (except for Trial Service), Customer shall pay us the applicable fees per the purchased Subscription, as set forth in the applicable Order Form (the “Subscription Fees”). Unless indicated otherwise, Subscription Fees are stated in US dollars. Customer hereby authorizes us, either directly or through our payment processing service, to charge such Subscription Fees via Customer’s selected payment method, upon due date. Unless expressly set forth herein, the Subscription Fees are non-cancelable and non-refundable. We reserve the right to change the Subscription Fees at any time, upon notice to Customer if such change may affect Customer’s existing subscriptions upon renewal. In the event of failure to collect the Fees owed by Customer, we may, at our sole discretion (but shall not be obligated to) retry to collect at a later time, and/or suspend or cancel the Account, without notice.
Subscription Fees. Pursuant to S.L. 2015-241, s. 12A.5, NC HIEA shall become self-supporting through receipt of fees sufficient to offset costs of operation. However, NC HIEA will not charge Submitters to submit HIE Data as required by N.C.G.S. 90-414.4(b).

Subscription Fees. 6.1 In consideration for the use of CViConnect Platform and other services set forth in this Agreement, Customer will pay LST the subscription fee (the “Subscription Fee”) as set forth in Exhibit B.
6.2 Customer will pay the Subscription Fees and any additional fees related to the Services as set forth on Exhibit B to LST in accordance with this Section 6.
6.3 All Fees and approved expenses will be paid by Customer in full and without deduction within thirty (30) days of the date of invoice.
6.4 If LST has not received payment for any invoices by the due dates and without prejudice to any other rights and remedies of LST, LST by giving thirty (30) Business Days prior written notice to Customer, without liability to Customer, disable Customer's and Authorized Users’ passwords account and access to all or part of the Services and LST will be under no obligation to provide any or all of the Services while the invoice(s) concerned remain unpaid; and charge interest which will accrue on such due amounts at the higher of (i) an annual rate equal to 18% or (ii) the standard statutory delay interest rate under applicable law.
6.5 All amounts and Fees stated or referred to in this Agreement are non-refundable and are exclusive of all taxes. Customer will be solely responsible for, and paying all applicable taxes relating to this Agreement, and the use or access to the Services.
Subscription Fees. Where Services are provided under a subscription model, the recurring rate for such Services shall be set out in the applicable Statement of Work, and invoices shall be issued monthly, or on such other period as set forth in the applicable Statement of Work.
