Common use of Complete and Accurate Information Clause in Contracts

Complete and Accurate Information. Consistent with the Law firm’s legal and professional responsibilities and consistent with CRMC’s rules and procedures referenced in Paragraph 4.1 of this Agreement, in response to the questions asked by CRMC, the Law firm will provide complete and accurate information in the Law firm’s e-Claims filings. CRMC is not obligated to take any action regarding a claim until it has received all the complete information regarding the claim required by its and its Clients’ rules and procedures.
