Complete and Voluntary Agreement. This Agreement, together with Exhibits A and B hereto and the Stock Option Agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Releasees with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior negotiations and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter, including but not limited to the Change of Control and Severance Agreement entered into by the Parties effective May 26, 2022.
