Complete Integration, Binding Upon All Parties. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between Client and Counsel regarding this Matter and the fees, charges, and expenses to be paid relative thereto. This Agreement shall not be modified except by written agreement signed by Client and Counsel. The Agreement shall be binding upon Client and Counsel and their respective heirs, executors, legal representatives, and successors. Client acknowledges that Client has read and understands this Agreement and understands that this Agreement is a legal, binding contract.
