Pre-Existing Intellectual Property definition

Pre-Existing Intellectual Property means intellectual property developed prior to or outside the scope of this Contract, and any derivatives of that intellectual property.
Pre-Existing Intellectual Property means any Intellectual Property that has been conceived or developed by either party or any third party before Supplier renders any services under this Agreement or that is conceived or developed at any time wholly independently of the Deliverables.
Pre-Existing Intellectual Property means intellectual property developed prior to or outside the scope of this Master Contract and any Work Order Contract, and any derivatives of that intellectual property.
