Common use of Complete Settlement Clause in Contracts

Complete Settlement. The parties agree that this Settlement Agreement is a full and complete settlement of the rights and liabilities of the parties in connection with the claims released in this Settlement Agreement. This Settlement Agreement constitutes a full and complete defense to, and may be used to obtain an injunction against, any action, suit, claim, or other proceeding of any type, which may be prosecuted, initiated or attempted in violation of the terms hereof. Each of the parties and each of their Subsidiaries shall be entitled to receive its reasonable attorneys’ fees and other related legal expenses incurred in defending against any suit, action or claim brought or attempted in violation of the terms of this Settlement Agreement.
